Create/Restore CD Create backup images of the operating system and drivers in case of hard drive or system failure (includes necessary CD-R/DVD discs to produce the recovery image). Computer must have the ability to make a CD/DVD recovery set from within Windows. $40.00 Data Transfer or Data Backup Transfer up to 12GB from one PC to another PC, external drive, CD/DVD drive, USB device, external media (provided by the customer), or online source (provided by the customer). $60.00 Desktop Repair I will call to perform a diagnosis over the phone to ensure I can bring the necessary part(s) to repair the PC. Diagnosis on desktop and appropriate repairs. Your computer must meet minimum requirements for repair. Problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, are not covered under these prices. Repairs for these conditions will be given a parts and labor price quote prior to any work being initiated. $300.00 Diagnostic Check hardware and perform system analysis to identify any hardware failures or conflicts. Software analysis to identify any software related issues. Note: Hardware repairs based on the diagnosis will require additional fees. $70.00 Hard Drive Recovery Includes initial assessment of drive/disk to determine if media can be recovered. 100% Guarantee: no data, no charge. If I cannot recover your data, there is no charge to you. $300.00 PC Tune up I'll boost the speed and performance of your PC by removing trial ware, adjusting key settings that may be slowing it down, and disk defragmentation and cleanup. Your PC Tune up also includes removal of dust and dirt buildup. $10.00 System Restore System restore on one PC. Restore CDs must be provided or the restore data must be partitioned on the hard drive. All information on the PC should be backed up prior to appointment and have the certificate of authenticity or verification key (provided with every version of Windows) on-hand $100.00 Virus/Spyware/Adware Removal Obtain a brief description of the symptoms. Boot PC and ensure that the Windows OS can fully load. Ascertain the presence/status of antivirus software. Install approved removal applications if necessary. Run system and disk cleaner, registry cleaner, start up manager and auto run (if applicable). The operating system is Windows Vista or Windows XP (Home/Professional). Bootable rescue and recovery CDs should be on-hand. $130.00 I will drive up to a 20 mile radius or you can bring your problems to me! Card/Drive/Modem Install drivers as necessary for the expansion card/drive operation. Power up and verify PC is operational, verify dial tone (for modem installs). $40.00 Hard Drive Open PC, install new hard drive and close the PC. Install any software required to make the hard drive operational (excludes OS install or data migration). Power up the PC verifying PC is operational. $40.00 Operating System Install full or upgrade version of operating system software on one PC. Operating system CDs must be the original copy. It is recommended that before performing an install on any operating system, that customers have all their information backed up. $100.00 Peripheral Install/Setup Load device drivers such as printer, PDA or scanner and test as necessary. Brief orientation during component testing. $30.00 RAM Memory Install memory upgrade and test the system to assure memory is recognized. $30.00 Software Install specified software on one PC. Reboot the PC if necessary and test the software for successful installation. (Excludes operating systems, or other proprietary software not sold at Staples.) $30.00 Setup Digital Camera Setup Let me help you install and configure your digital camera and photo editing software. $50.00 PC Setup Silver Package Get your computer off to a great start!
